Licence applications
Chris Le Marchant has wide and long experience in dealing with licence applications made to the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. We can manage the process from the first enquiries of regulators through to attending meetings with regulators, completing and collating forms and attachments and dealing with regulators' consequent enquiries. Our knowledge of regulatory matters is invaluable in this process.
Where difficulties arise in the application process we can help with liaison with regulators and can be a useful resource in appeals and attendance at, and advice for, regulatory decisions committee meetings and appeal tribunals. This service is available even where we have not been advising on the initial application.
