Assistance in liaison with regulators
Chris Le Marchant has worked as a regulator in Guernsey for over 19 years. Drawing on this experience we can offer organisations a valuable service in discussions with regulators and in assisting with regulatory issues that may arise. This might be simply attending a meeting along with the regulated firm’s representatives or carrying out a review required by a regulator. We can also help with managing regulatory enforcement or disciplinary cases.
Le Marchant offers a service to firms applying for regulatory licences, for example, by managing the application process, ensuring that the correct forms are properly filled in and submitted in good time and regulator’s queries are appropriately addressed.
Le Marchant is also able to draw on this regulatory experience to carry out special reviews on behalf of regulators.
